To use the Articulated Function, it’s simple: Just screw on the top base during installation. Once you’ve done that, you can put your pole away in less than a minute whenever you want: Just remove the pressure from the bottom and lift it up to the support hook (included) with its lifting rod (included). And when you want to install it, just do the opposite process.
